Grand Homes Gozo is a small family-run collection on the north coast of Gozo, in the fishing village of Marsalforn. Our flagship, GrandBlue Vista, is a fifth-floor apartment with an open sea view: two bedrooms sleeping four, a wide terrace for sunset, air conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and a lift to the door. A sister home, Calypso Grand Oasis, offers three bedrooms in the village of Xagħra.
Everything is within walking distance: the promenade and its restaurants, the bakery, the swimming ladders at Qbajjar, the bus stop for Victoria and the Citadel, and the coastal path west to the Xwejni salt pans and the fjord at Wied il-Għasri. Ramla Bay, the Ġgantija temples and Ta' Pinu Basilica are all short bus rides away, and the Mġarr ferry is roughly twenty minutes by car.

Marsalforn is Gozo's north-coast fishing village: a horseshoe bay of luzzu boats, a promenade of restaurants that stay open late in summer, and swimming ladders cut straight into the rock at Qbajjar and Għar Qawqla. It is big enough for a bakery, a pharmacy, a clinic and a supermarket, and small enough that you will recognise faces by the second morning. Unlike the resort strips across the channel in Malta, the bay empties by midnight and the loudest sound from the terrace is the water.
The apartment itself is built around the view. The living room and terrace face west over the bay, which means sunset every clear evening of the year without leaving the building. Two bedrooms — one double, one twin — sleep four comfortably, with air conditioning in each, a full kitchen with an island, a smart TV, washing machine, fast fibre Wi-Fi for anyone working remotely, and a lift that reaches the fifth floor. Linen, towels and a welcome basket are ready before you arrive.
Rates run from €200 a night in the quieter months to €300 in July, August and September, with weekly stays and shoulder-season dates usually open to a better price. A 50% deposit confirms the booking, the balance falls due before arrival, and payment is by card through Stripe or bank transfer to our Revolut account.
