How rates work at Calypso Grand Oasis
Our Xagħra apartment is priced by season rather than by platform algorithm. September, still warm enough to swim at Ramla Bay, is €190 a night. October softens to €150 as the island empties and the walking season begins. November — quiet, green after the first rains, and our favourite month for the Ġgantija temples — is €130. December returns to €150, rising to €170 across the Christmas and New Year window, when Xagħra square is lit and the village churches fill for midnight mass.
Every rate includes cleaning, fresh linen and towels, air conditioning and heating, fast Wi-Fi and the full three-bedroom apartment sleeping six. There is no platform commission and no service fee added at checkout. Stays are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before arrival. Dates outside the published window are quoted on request — write to us and we will answer the same day.
